After meticulously researching and reviewing the 2026 Toyota RAV4 for several months, I went to Sheehy Toyota of Stafford to see if I could execute a fair deal with minimal hassle. The overall goal was not to score a "deal" and save money, but to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price without any unreasonable markup. My salesman Aaron V. was very professional and did an excellent job at listening to my requests on what vehicle and exact trim/specifications I had in mind. I was given a whole Out the Door price when requested and we went through every line item of that OTD and broke down where it all goes (MSRP/Taxes/Shipping/Etc.). The vehicle I had requested was not in stock but I was able to put in a factory order with my exact specifications. I was even able to omit a couple items (floormat/mudguards) with very minimal pushback. During the waiting period of a couple months, I was communicated with regularly and given updates on the overall status of the vehicle. When it came time to purchase, they stuck to the previously agreed upon OTD price and didn't try to go back on it at any point. I saw a lot of honesty and integrity at a place I was not expecting to find any. Aaron and his team were honest, transparent, and never went back on their work at any point during the deal. There were a couple times they tried to get me to bite on a couple add-ons or a higher trim, I can't fault that - it's part of their jobs. However, they respected my declination with no issues. Overall, the team at Sheehy Toyota of Stafford were very polite, courteous, and professional as they were able to assist me in ordering the perfect vehicle for my family without forcing any unnecessary (in my personal opinion) dealer add-ons. I will definitely be doing business here again whenever I'm in the market for a new Toyota. Thanks Aaron!

I purchased my truck a few months ago, and the salesman, Aaron Valeriano, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient throughout the entire process. I visited Sheehy several times before making my decision, and every time I stopped by, Aaron was happy to answer my questions and provide more information about the vehicles that caught my attention. Unlike some salespeople I have dealt with in the past, he was never pushy, impatient, or in a bad mood because I had not yet made up my mind. He always treated me with professionalism and respect. If you are still trying to decide which vehicle is right for you, Aaron is definitely the person to talk to. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely patient. In my opinion, he should be recognized as Salesman (or Employee) of the Month. I would also like to give a special thanks to Jennifer Connevey, the Tag & Title Clerk, and Ashlee Jones (Financial Director) . They were very kind, helpful, and guided me through the entire registration process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, I had a great experience at Sheehy and highly recommend them. They consistently have great deals and outstanding customer service.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to my service advisor, Sam Sayes. He did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the entire process and clearly explained what maintenance my car will need during my next visit. I will definitely be scheduling all my future service appointments with Sam!

They took care of most everything over the phone had a few docs to sign when I came in as they helped set up my Toyota app took all of 15 mins

Good work at a reasonable price...had a minor miscommunication in the beginning, so ensure that the service writer gets it clear. Accompdated me even after I was an hour late fir my appointment, so they get an A+ for flexibility and customer service.

The staff at Sheehy were extremely helpful. They made my purchase very easy, without stress. I felt we worked very well together to allow me to acquire this beautiful vehicle. From beginning to end a very pleasant experience.

The technician work was appreciated. They sent a video documenting that they actually did work. 1. Check in was slowwwww. They only had one person to check cars in and that included him also driving the cars into the shop. 2. They forgot to tell me my car was ready. I only found out because I thought it was taking too long and went into the service check in and asked about my car and he admitted that they forgot to notify me.

Was ignored the first 20 minutes , then I was told an emissions test would be quick but I ended up being there 1 hr 30 minutes.

*Avoid this Dealership* *Update I was told to deal with Toyota Brand instead of Sheehy* what a joke of a dealership this is. I purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Sienna LE AWD from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford on May 2, 2026, expecting the reliability and quality that Toyota is known for. Unfortunately, my ownership experience has been the complete opposite. Immediately after driving the vehicle home from the dealership, which is over an hour away, I began experiencing concerns involving the vehicle pulling to the left, steering wheel alignment issues, and significant driver-side mirror vibration at highway speeds. Due to my demanding work schedule, I was unable to immediately return to the dealership, but the concerns were reported shortly thereafter. Since then, I have spent weeks driving between multiple Toyota service centers attempting to get answers and a proper resolution. The vehicle has been inspected multiple times, resulting in unnecessary mileage, lost time, frustration, and inconvenience on a vehicle that was supposed to be brand new. What has disappointed me most is not just the vehicle concerns themselves, but the amount of effort required to have those concerns taken seriously. As a customer, I should not have to spend weeks visiting service departments trying to resolve issues that were present immediately after taking delivery of a new vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle specifically to avoid the headaches and inconvenience associated with ongoing repairs and repeated service visits. Instead, my brand-new Sienna has resulted in one of the most frustrating vehicle ownership experiences I have ever had. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. At this point, I hope Sheehy Toyota of Stafford takes ownership of the situation, works to regain my trust, and makes things right for a customer who placed confidence in their dealership when purchasing a brand new vehicle.

My tire is different now

No stars. Place doesn’t know what to do with my car. Keeps changing parts and still have the same issues as when I came in with. 1,000 dollars later and now I am being told that now it’s my master cylinder and booster cylinder and that will cost 2,000 dollars and still can not guarantee that that will repair it. Meanwhile, they did state inspection, which they knew would not pass. Why do the inspection until the car has no dashboard lights on. I would not recommend anybody to this place.

Why does this location mandate scheduled vehicle maintenance times, and then take 3-4 + hours ? Never been to a dealership that took more than an hour for regular mileage maintenance. Ridiculous

Do not come here I had an appointment for oil change at 1 o’clock. They keep me await for two hours when I text advisor. He’s telling me that there is still two cars in front of me. They brought my car back without oil change.do not come here if you don’t have all day to wait
