I started my car review journey over email and inquired a few things and Cecilia was the first to get back to me! She was so quick and pleasant to speak with over email and really assisted me as much as she could. After a lot of thinking, I ended up going to see my new car in person the next day. We had an excellent experience with the salesperson, Kevin and the manager, John. Came in to look at a used Tundra to replace my totaled Tacoma, nothing we drove was working for what we wanted. Long story short, we came home with a 2026 Tacoma TRD Sport that I can't believe I wasn't considering new as an option from the time I arrived but glad I did - it's a fabulous truck! I think we got a very good deal and I have no complaints at all. Ashley in financing was also great, no pressure to buy a bunch of add on options or warranties. We made a trip to Sheehy after I saw an ad for a used Rav4. Aaron Valeriano was our Sales Consultant and he was wonderful! Aaron showed us the features of the vehicle and let us test drive it. Brian Coucher was very helpful and knowledgeable, presented the used vehicle accurately. He also went further in picking me up from the Stafford airport (I flew in from NC to view/purchase) and was familiar with the history of the vehicle and willing to allow the test drive in the modes (interstate and local driving). There was a 30 - 45 minute delay after determining that I would purchase the vehicle. This involved prep of the vehicle and while awaiting to sign documents in "finance". However the process with the gentleman in finance was straightforward (I had certified check for total) and took only about 5-10 minutes. Normally I would not have mentioned the wait times, but I was anxious to get on the road and avoid traffic around DC to F'burg. Overall the experience was excellent. Compared to other Toyota dealers (I buy Toyota vehicles almost exclusively) for shopping and purchases, I found this dealership, and Mr. Coucher to be the most easy to work with at all levels of interaction.

Jimmy Leveque provided exemplary customer service, he took time and patiently explained all the hi tech features of the new Camry to us. We did not feel pressured or rushed in the purchase. Jimmy is not like the stereotypical car salesman, he cares is knowledgeable and is a huge asset to Sheehy sales in Stafford. Based on this interaction my wife is asking would I like a new truck!! When I first arrived, I was not greeted. I had a appt at 0915. There were a few employees sitting at their desk towards the front of the receiving area, one was helping another customer (the only other vehicle in the bay at the time, yet I had to make contact and ask for help. The gentleman advised me to pull forward where no one was. Thankfully, Kaleb came and assisted me after he finished with the other customer. He was very polite and informed me of next steps. I appreciated whomever worked on my vehicle. He seemed knowledgeable in the video he sent me about the status of my breaks and wheels. I did want to know more about the condition of my vehicle, but figured that’s all the complimentary service covered. Overall, I felt neglected by the gentleman who pushed me off to wait for another rep who happened to be working with someone else, but my experience other than that (after working with Kaleb) was good. I do want to give a huge thank you to Kaleb! He deserves recognition for his patience, knowledge, and exceptional customer service!

The Stafford Toyota just lost a faithful customer. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years but this the last time I EVER take my car there. I dropped my car off at 8am on a Monday to install a spoiler and paint the part so it will match (Mondays are the only day their painters are there). They didn’t get to it until 5:15pm! Thank God I had the foresight to get my own Lyft and not wait for them to call because I would have been stranded at my office until God knows when! Who knows when the car will be done. Maybe we have a National Lampoon Vacation situation on our hands. The point being—I understand that things take time, but had I have KNOWN it would have taken this long, then I would have planned accordingly! Instead I’m taking time off of work, trying to get Lyfts/Ubers/bum rides off of friends. It’s an expensive lesson (over one thousand dollars—including all the Lyfts) but an important one. Go somewhere else.

I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford, and the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Prior to purchase, the vehicle was represented to me in writing as a 2026 Tacoma. Two days after delivery, I discovered that the vehicle I was sold and contracted for is actually a 2025 model year. When I raised this discrepancy, management dismissed the concern entirely, stating that because the paperwork says 2025, there is nothing they are willing to do. This response ignores the core issue: pre-sale representation and reliance. Model year directly affects value, depreciation, and resale, and being told one thing before signing and discovering another after delivery is not acceptable. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, management chose to shut the conversation down. I am keeping the vehicle, but the way this situation was handled shows a lack of accountability and customer care. I had an appointment for the state inspection at 9 AM on January 8th. I get there on time. I wait in the maintenance drive in bay for a good 15 minutes before I get seen by a senior service representative asking if I'd been seen. Everyone else was on the work phone or eating breakfast... Anywho the gentleman who checked me in told me two hours. We has also agreed to a scheduled oil change at the due milage that same day. I decided to wait those two hours. Two hours turned to 5 and a half later I just happened to go and ask at that time and that's when the car was finally ready. This was my very first time at this location. I purchased my vehicle at Alexandria and they've always been puntual and never encountered anything of this severity. The service representative said "there is no excuse" something about the tech scheduling rhetoric that they messed up with scheduling wise. I guess my biggest concern is between the appointment scheduler who told me after asking why do I need to schedule an appointment for a safety inspection " to make sure the techs know what they have planned for the day" and the experience of 5 hours waiting. I get seniority, I get different schedules, what I don't get is the redundant lack of communication between their selves. Maybe it was prejudice a common thing in North Stafford as it slowly becomes the next Woodbridge, a bad day for the person in charge? In short. Unacceptable and very surprising for Toyota.
