I wait in the maintenance drive in bay for a good 15 minutes before I get seen by a senior service representative asking if I'd been seen. Everyone else was on the work phone or eating breakfast... Long story short, we came home with a 2026 Tacoma TRD Sport that I can't believe I wasn't considering new as an option from the time I arrived but glad I did - it's a fabulous truck! I think we got a very good deal and I have no complaints at all. Ashley in financing was also great, no pressure to buy a bunch of add on options or warranties.
