Immediately after driving the vehicle home from the dealership, which is over an hour away, I began experiencing concerns involving the vehicle pulling to the left, steering wheel alignment issues, and significant driver-side mirror vibration at highway speeds. Since then, I have spent weeks driving between multiple Toyota service centers attempting to get answers and a proper resolution. What has disappointed me most is not just the vehicle concerns themselves, but the amount of effort required to have those concerns taken seriously. As a customer, I should not have to spend weeks visiting service departments trying to resolve issues that were present immediately after taking delivery of a new vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle specifically to avoid the headaches and inconvenience associated with ongoing repairs and repeated service visits.
