“ After meticulously researching and reviewing the 2026 Toyota RAV4 for several months, I went to Sheehy Toyota of Stafford to see if I could execute a fair deal with minimal hassle. The overall goal was not to score a "deal" and save money, but to get the exact vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price without any unreasonable markup. My salesman Aaron V. was very professional and did an excellent job at listening to my requests on what vehicle and exact trim/specifications I had in mind. I was given a whole Out the Door price when requested and we went through every line item of that OTD and broke down where it all goes (MSRP/Taxes/Shipping/Etc.). The vehicle I had requested was not in stock but I was able to put in a factory order with my exact specifications. I was even able to omit a couple items (floormat/mudguards) with very minimal pushback. During the waiting period of a couple months, I was communicated with regularly and given updates on the overall status of the vehicle. When it came time to purchase, they stuck to the previously agreed upon OTD price and didn't try to go back on it at any point. I saw a lot of honesty and integrity at a place I was not expecting to find any. Aaron and his team were honest, transparent, and never went back on their work at any point during the deal. There were a couple times they tried to get me to bite on a couple add-ons or a higher trim, I can't fault that - it's part of their jobs. However, they respected my declination with no issues. I purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Sienna LE AWD from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford on May 2, 2026, expecting the reliability and quality that Toyota is known for. Unfortunately, my ownership experience has been the complete opposite. Immediately after driving the vehicle home from the dealership, which is over an hour away, I began experiencing concerns involving the vehicle pulling to the left, steering wheel alignment issues, and significant driver-side mirror vibration at highway speeds. Due to my demanding work schedule, I was unable to immediately return to the dealership, but the concerns were reported shortly thereafter. Since then, I have spent weeks driving between multiple Toyota service centers attempting to get answers and a proper resolution. The vehicle has been inspected multiple times, resulting in unnecessary mileage, lost time, frustration, and inconvenience on a vehicle that was supposed to be brand new. What has disappointed me most is not just the vehicle concerns themselves, but the amount of effort required to have those concerns taken seriously. As a customer, I should not have to spend weeks visiting service departments trying to resolve issues that were present immediately after taking delivery of a new vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle specifically to avoid the headaches and inconvenience associated with ongoing repairs and repeated service visits. Instead, my brand-new Sienna has resulted in one of the most frustrating vehicle ownership experiences I have ever had. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. At this point, I hope Sheehy Toyota of Stafford takes ownership of the situation, works to regain my trust, and makes things right for a customer who placed confidence in their dealership when purchasing a brand new vehicle. ”

Keeps changing parts and still have the same issues as when I came in with. 1,000 dollars later and now I am being told that now it’s my master cylinder and booster cylinder and that will cost 2,000 dollars and still can not guarantee that that will repair it. Meanwhile, they did state inspection, which they knew would not pass. Why do the inspection until the car has no dashboard lights on. I would not recommend anybody to this place. ”
