The vehicle I had requested was not in stock but I was able to put in a factory order with my exact specifications. During the waiting period of a couple months, I was communicated with regularly and given updates on the overall status of the vehicle. When it came time to purchase, they stuck to the previously agreed upon OTD price and didn't try to go back on it at any point. Since then, I have spent weeks driving between multiple Toyota service centers attempting to get answers and a proper resolution. What has disappointed me most is not just the vehicle concerns themselves, but the amount of effort required to have those concerns taken seriously. Keeps changing parts and still have the same issues as when I came in with. 1,000 dollars later and now I am being told that now it’s my master cylinder and booster cylinder and that will cost 2,000 dollars and still can not guarantee that that will repair it. Meanwhile, they did state inspection, which they knew would not pass. Why do the inspection until the car has no dashboard lights on. I would not recommend anybody to this place. ”
“ Why does this location mandate scheduled vehicle maintenance times, and then take 3-4 + hours ? Never been to a dealership that took more than an hour for regular mileage maintenance. Ridiculous ”

“ Definitely a poor experience every time I go to the service department. My appt was at 1:15pm, it’s currently 3:30. I watched a tech pull my car into the bay 20 minutes ago (3:06) to be exact. The guy helping me was really nice, but the older hispanic gentleman that sits behind him totally ignores most people and has an attitude if you ask him for assistance. This has been a reoccurring theme for service at this location. I’m only here for an oil change and tire rotation… lol. This type of customer service is truly unacceptable. ”
